The apartments are equipped with linen, towels, and kitchen items that are included in the price, as well as an end-of-stay cleaning service. Furthermore, our guests can take advantage of our ‘fresh bread’ service and of the washing machine and dryer.
The house also has a private parking area, a ski room, ski boot heaters and a bike storing room.
The “Stella alpina” apartment,
Approx. 80 square meters for 4-8 people, situated on the 1st floor and composed of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a 3rd bed and the other with a single bedroom annex, balcony, 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer, heated towel rack and washing machine. The living area is equipped with a kitchenette in vitreous-ceramic, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, an extendable table and a 12-plate dining set. It also has a satellite and digital flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi connection, a safe plus a comfortable, queen-sized sofa bed.
The “Rosa alpina” Apartment,
Approx. 70 square meters for 4-5 people, it is located on the ground floor and is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and the other with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, WC, bidet, heated towel rack and hairdryer. The living area has a kitchenette in vitreous-ceramic, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a portable oven, a flat screen TV with satellite and digital channels, free Wi-Fi connection, a safe plus a comfortable, full sized sofa bed. The apartment also has a private terrace on the east side of the house with access to the garden.
